Club Deportivo Honduras Progreso (CD Honduras Progreso) is a Honduran football club based in the town of El Progreso, in the northern department of Yoro. The club was founded on January 15, 1965, and plays its home matches at the Estadio Humberto Micheletti, which has a seating capacity of 8,000 spectators.
CD Honduras Progreso currently competes in the Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional de Honduras (Honduran National Professional Football League), which is the top-tier football league in Honduras. The club has not won any league titles, but they have reached the finals twice (in 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons) and finished third twice (in 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons).
The club's traditional colors are yellow and green, and their nickname is "The Falcons" (Los Halcones in Spanish). The club's main rival is Platense FC, also from the city of El Progreso.
CD Honduras Progreso has a strong youth academy and has produced several talented players who have gone on to represent the Honduran national team, including Maynor Figueroa, Bryan Beckeles, and Carlos Discua.
